I must say that all the representations you made during the presentation were accurate and the staff have even commended me on the purchase of such a worthwhile tool. (It's hard to get this kind of reaction from a manual implement!) ... The first job our installation crew went out to with the Terrax encountered a lot of these conditions, such as a 50mm root which took 6-7 strikes before they were through and on their way with the hole. The holes are accurately placed, they take less concrete to refill and the staff said the ease of their backs was noticeable.

I seem to have spent my whole working life digging holes. I wish this had been around years ago. Yesterday we dug through silica pipe (pan) clay that I had previously broken posts ramming in. We now have shovels, spades and bars surplus.

We have planted more than 200 fruit trees on our lifestyle block—the last 50 were planted in holes dug with the Terrax. Digging these holes in the hard unforgiving ground was a job I loathed ... scratching at the soil, hitting rocks with an old coal chisel, filling them up with water hoping that will soften things a bit and losing whole afternoons for a few holes. That was before the Terrax, now I love digging holes. Rocks, concrete, old roots, clay and old tools all give way to my Terrax ... now it's a challenge to find an obstruction capable of slowing the Terrax down! My soft office hands don't get blistered, my back doesn't get sore and I've got a lot more time to stand back and admire my trees. what I especially like is the satisfaction of the 'second bang' (when the reaction bar comes back down and hits the head) ... the second bang is in exactly the same place as the initial hit and is often enough to break the rock. You've made a wonderful tool and have saved me a lot of time and pain—thank you.
